1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between CM8App and every user who accesses or uses our platform, including the website, mobile app, and all related services. By registering an account or using any part of the CM8App platform, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies published from time to time.

2Account Eligibility

To register and use CM8App services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You are registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person.
• You are not prohibited by any local laws applicable to you from using services of this nature.
• You have never had a CM8App account previously closed due to fraud or a terms violation.
• Information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

CM8App reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified period may result in account suspension until verification is complete. The KYC (Know Your Customer) process is part of CM8App's commitment to maintaining a safe and responsible gaming environment.

3Registration & Account Security

Each player is only permitted to hold one active account at CM8App at any time. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any existing balances.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details secure, including your password and two-factor authentication code. CM8App recommends that you:

• Use a unique, strong password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account security settings.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Contact CM8App customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

CM8App will not be held responsible for any losses arising from your negligence in safeguarding your account information. All transactions carried out through your account will be considered valid unless there is strong evidence to the contrary.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

CM8App supports a wide range of popular deposit and withdrawal methods in Malaysia, including FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and major local banks. All transactions are processed using industry-level encryption to keep your financial data secure.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform's deposit page.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes after payment confirmation is received.
• CM8App does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes on the CM8App platform.

Withdrawal:

• The first withdrawal from each new payment method may require additional identity verification.

5Bonus & Promotions

6Game Rules

All games available on the CM8App platform use independently verified and audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This ensures that every game result is completely random and fair to all players.

• Game results recorded by the CM8App system are final and cannot be disputed once a match or round has concluded.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, CM8App will use system records to determine the fairest outcome.
• Players are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable before starting any gaming session.
• The use of any automated software, bots, or technical aids to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities must be reported to CM8App and must not be exploited.

7Player Conduct

CM8App expects all players to conduct themselves responsibly and to respect fellow players and platform staff. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited:

• Use of offensive, threatening, or harassing language in any communication channel on the platform.
• Attempts to cheat, manipulate, or exploit other players.
• Sharing false information or spreading misleading content about the platform.
• Any activity that may be associated with money laundering or other illegal activities.
• Identity fraud or using another person's information to register or access an account.

CM8App reserves the right to take immediate action against accounts that violate these rules, including temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account in question.

8Liability Limits

CM8App is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from unfavourable game outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by scheduled or unplanned system maintenance.
• Losses arising from a player's negligence in securing their account.
• Device or data damage related to the use of the CM8App platform or app.

9Privacy & Data Protection

CM8App values every player's privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with industry best practices and applicable laws. Personal information you provide during registration and use of the platform is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with Privacy Policy separate policy.

By using the CM8App platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. CM8App will not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties without your consent, except as stated in the Privacy Policy or as required by law.

10Account Suspension & Closure

CM8App reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to do so. Reasons that may lead to such action include:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, illegal activity, or attempts at money laundering.
• Failure to comply with the KYC identity verification request within the given timeframe.
• Use of multiple accounts or abuse of bonuses and promotions.
• At the player's own request through the self-exclusion program.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, CM8App reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance and wins obtained through means that breach the terms. Any valid genuine deposit balance will be returned in accordance with established procedures, subject to necessary investigation.

11Terms Amendment

CM8App reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in services, legal requirements, or operational needs. All amendments will be posted on this page along with the effective date.
